Role
* This is a field based role managing and developing independent retail accounts.
* Representing a revered interior decorative product brand.
* Manage around 100 independent retailers.
* Work with customers to enhance brand development.
* Use consultative account management skills to develop brand exposure and revenue, seeking growth opportunities.
* Negotiate display stands / POS / brand footprint within key independent retailers.

Candidate Profile
* Consultative, polished account management experience, ideally with an interiors background.
* Experience selling interior products (e.g., KBB, kitchen worktops, bathroom brassware, wall panels, cladding, flooring, soft furnishings).
* Managed retailer or distributor accounts.
* Appreciation of premium branded products.
Package
* £70K – £90K OTE realistic in year one.
* Choice of hybrid/high‑spec company car.
