Customer Administrator - Southampton (Part Time)
Adecco UK is currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for a Customer Administrator role.
Details:
* Part Time Positions Available
* End Date: 20 December
* Location: City Centre, Southampton
* Pay Rate: £13.07 per hour (competitive)
As part of the Customer Service team, main duties include processing refunds, handling post, electronically filing documents, processing customer requests, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and adapt
* Attention to detail
* Professional written communication
* Flexibility in daily activities
* Follow processes, policies, GDPR compliance, and work independently to resolve customer queries
Shift Pattern:
20 hours/week, 4 hours/day, Monday-Friday, between 08:00 - 18:00, with flexible shift options.
