About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This is a holiday and relief cover role – ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours and is available to step in when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails
* Manage appointments, bookings, and front desk administration
* Keep reception area clean and organised
* Support colleagues and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
* Previous reception or administrative experience preferred, but not essential
Hours:
Part-time, hours will vary depending on cover needs (including holidays, sickness, and busy periods).
