Join us as an Adult Skills MIS ILR Manager
You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, accuracy and value of data across our Adult Skills Programmes. You’ll lead on all MIS and ILR processes, ensuring our systems operate with absolute transparency, robust compliance and a relentless focus on quality. Your work will directly shape how we commission provision, allocate funding and evaluate performance, making you central to ensuring public investment delivers meaningful outcomes for communities across the North East.
Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll translate strategic priorities into effective operational delivery, collaborating closely with Contract Management, Programmes and Quality teams. You will bring clarity to complex funding and data requirements, lead an integrated approach to ILR assurance and financial reconciliation, and produce high‑quality insights that empower senior leaders to make confident, evidence‑driven decisions. Your ability to build strong, influential relationships with provider networks, sector bodies and internal partners will help create a more consistent, accountable and high‑performing regional skills system.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation. You’ll champion continuous improvement, modernise digital processes and identify new ways to automate, streamline and enhance the value of our data. As a leader, you’ll support and develop colleagues across MIS and Quality functions, fostering a culture of excellence and curiosity. You will also represent the North East Combined Authority at regional and national forums, ensuring our voice helps shape emerging policy and standards. If you’re motivated by using data to improve systems, strengthen governance and create positive change, we’d love to hear from you.
We are proud to be an inclusive employer, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, communities and experiences. We support flexible working and encourage applications from candidates who are under‑represented including women, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people and those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
If you’re motivated, organised and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
