Our client is a successful CEO, looking for support in his Private Office. This role is a unique opportunity to support across the commercial business and private office, coordinating diaries, managing properties and general facilitation of workload.
Job Description
Duties of the Private Office Manager:
3. Manage the day-to-day schedule and appointments of key stakeholders with precision.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
5. Handle confidential correspondence and ensure sensitive information is managed securely.
6. Coordinate property management, including facilites
7. Managing accounts of private office
8. Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required by the principal.
9. Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents.
10. Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the principal.
11. Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and external partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Office Manager should have:
12. Previous experience in a similar office management capacity
13. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to handle a varied workload.
14. A high level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive information.
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating needs.
18. A background in the Media & Agency industry is advantageous but not essential.
