This role could be for you. Here, you will be focusing on delivering high quality structural drawings across various sectors and it requires a strong background in building structures and technical detailing.
The successful Structural AutoCAD Technician will:
* Produce detailed structural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (2D and CADS RC) for a variety of building projects;
* Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure technical accuracy and design plans are met;
* Support the delivery of projects from initial concept through to final construction;
* Operate as the led point of contact for the engineers in the team;
* Manage and develop apprentices, growing the technician team offering.
We are looking for a Structural AutoCAD Technician with a:
* Proven track record of successful deliveries on a range of project scales;
* Expert proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for structural detailing in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry;
* Strong understanding of building regulations and construction techniques;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines;
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving;
Package:
* £30,000 - £40,000;
* 26 days annual leave;
