About the Role: Were seeking a creative, detail-driven In-Store Marketing Designer to help shape engaging retail experiences across our global consumer electronics brand. Youll collaborate closely with the clients marketing and design teams to bring brand stories to life in physical retail spaces, through impactful in-store visuals, window displays, point-of-sale materials, and more.
This is a hands-on creative role suited to someone who thrives on visual storytelling, brand consistency, and cultural relevance across diverse markets
Responsibilities: Design and adapt visual assets for in-store displays, signage, window visuals, POS, and promotional materials
Localize and tailor master campaign concepts for different store formats and markets
Ensure brand and design integrity while adapting for cultural and market nuances
Translate marketing briefs into compelling, store-ready creative outputs
Deliver accurate, print-ready and deployment-ready files on time
Manage multiple design requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Stay ahead of retail design trends and innovations in physical brand experiences
Proactively contribute ideas to elevate the in-store brand presence
Requirements: 2-5 years hands-on experience in in-store design or retail brand adaptation
Experience within consumer electronics or premium retail brands is a strong plus
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects desirable)
Solid understanding of print production and materials for in-store environments
Awareness of local market and cultural sensitivities when localizing global creative
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Native-level language fluency (for respective market)
