Now let’s talk about what you’ll do: Prepare monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentary. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial optimization. Collaborate with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights and guidance. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal controls and adherence to financial policies. Support year-end audit activities and statutory reporting requirements. Perform balance sheet reconciliations to maintain data integrity. Provide ad hoc financial analysis to inform and support key business initiatives. What you’ll bring: Studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, NetSuite) preferred.
