Who we’re looking for
You don’t need experience in recruitment, but you must have experience influencing outcomes or working in a target‑driven environment. For example:
* Sales (retail, telesales, phone‑based roles, customer service with KPIs)
* Hospitality roles where upselling or service targets were part of the job
* University leadership roles, societies, sports teams, or fundraising
* Any experience where you’ve persuaded, motivated, or driven action from others
And you’ll also bring:
* A degree in STEM or a related business field (2025 or 2026)
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with people at all levels
* Ambition, competitiveness, and a willingness to learn
* The drive to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment
* An interest in science, people, and making a positive impact
Location
This is a full‑time, office‑based role at our Loughton headquarters. The office is a short walk from the Central Line and designed to support development, collaboration, and high performance.
