We develop and optimise intelligent agents and AI-driven workflows to enhance business processes. We ensure all API integrations adhere to security best practices, including OAuth, JWT authentication, and API Gateway policies. We collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures. We provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion Applications, AI capabilities, and integration strategies. We troubleshoot, fine-tune, and optimise AI models, integrations, and workflows for performance and reliability. We support operational excellence through root cause analysis, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
