* Location: Lancaster, SC
* Assignment Length: 13 weeks
* Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF
* Pay: $1,427.43 - $1,471.58 per week
Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
* Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
* Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
* Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
* Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications
* Completion of accredited PTA program
* Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
* SC PTA licensure/certification
* First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
