Shifts: 5:00pm – 11:00pm

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
You will be part of a supportive and skilled team committed to helping residents live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising care staff during your shift
* Providing personal care and companionship
* Administering and overseeing medication
* Supporting residents in their daily activities and routines
* Updating and maintaining care plans
* Supporting residents with end-of-life care
* Working closely with families to ensure residents receive the best care and support
* Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion in every aspect of life

Glenholme Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home located in a quiet residential area of Blackpool. Our home provides high-quality care for older adults, including specialist services such as dementia and end-of-life care. In early 2021, we expanded with a brand-new 24-room extension, enabling us to continue offering exceptional residential care in a modern, welcoming environment.
