The Role As Client Service & Compliance Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of four, ensuring consistently high service standards while maintaining overarching responsibility for some of the company's larger spend and more complex client accounts. You will act as a senior point of contact for escalations and support industry updates across the team, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies, compliance and best practice. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team to deliver excellent service and ensure compliance standards are met. Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive client queries, providing guidance and resolution. Take ownership of a small portfolio of larger spend and more complex client accounts. Support customers day to day by clearly explaining requirements, answering questions and ensuring confidence in the service provided. Translate technical industry knowledge into practical, client specific advice. Work closely with customers to gather required information to support a full service offering. Support in audits, providing feedback and guidance on follow up actions. Liaise with internal teams to ensure information flows smoothly and clients receive consistent, high quality service. Monitor workloads, shared inboxes and team outputs to ensure nothing slips through the net. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies and service enhancements. Support the roll out of industry updates in collaboration with internal specialists. About You Proven experience in team leadership/ management. Prior knowledge of compliance, process, or industry frameworks (or willingness to learn quickly). Confident communicator with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident IT user, including Microsoft Excel. Proactive, solutions focused and motivated to deliver outstanding client service.
