You’ll play a key part in helping a growing broking team deliver high-quality advice and service.
This isn’t a heavy compliance position - it’s about supporting your colleagues, shaping best practice, and making a real impact on how the team performs.
It’s compliance with ‘small c’… the people stuff, ensuring they are compliant and offering best class service to clients. It isn’t heavily laden with reporting, complaints, FCA or PRA.

* Give practical feedback that helps colleagues improve and grow in their roles.
* Spot trends and identify training needs so the team can work more effectively.
* Work closely with operational and technical colleagues to improve processes and workflows. Influence the team culture, helping to raise standards of advice and service across the business.
What you will bring:
* Strong experience in commercial insurance, ideally in broking or underwriting.
* Experience in file reviews, quality assurance, or technical assurance.
* Confidence in giving constructive feedback and coaching colleagues.
* Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
* Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
What’s in it for you:
* Autonomy and responsibility - you’ll shape how the team works and see the impact of your contribution.
* Flexible working - hybrid role with 60% home-based working.
* Competitive rewards - up to £55,000 base salary, plus 10-15% bonus, generous pension and 25 days’ leave plus bank holidays.
* Supportive culture - training, guidance, and a growing team where your expertise is valued.
* Work-life balance - family-friendly policies and wellbeing benefits.
If you are someone who enjoys using your commercial insurance expertise to make a difference, support others, and take on more responsibility, this role could be the next step in your career.
