We are currently looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Over the past 14 years, our local Commercial team has grown rapidly to over 200 members across the UK. In this role, you will build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About you:
* Strong attention to detail for reviewing client documentation accurately to support the quoting process.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
* Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.
* Willingness to learn and adapt, with opportunities for career progression and professional qualification.
* Ability to process data promptly and accurately to support client service and internal processes.
