A high-performance motorsport organisation competing at the pinnacle of global racing is seeking skilled Quality Control Inspectors to join their team on either the weekend or night shift. The Role:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components meet exacting standards and engineering specifications. Whether you are working in the composites cleanroom on a nightshift or supporting general inspections on the weekend shift, your role will be crucial to maintaining quality and supporting the delivery of performance-critical parts.
You will:
1. Perform hands-on inspection and metrology of race car components.
2. Check dimensional accuracy and visual quality against detailed engineering drawings.
3. Use measurement tools such as CMMs (PC-DMIS) and portable arms (PolyWorks).
4. Collaborate closely with the Quality Control Team Leader and Engineers to support rapid and accurate throughput of high-specification parts.
Key Requirements:
1. Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent relevant inspection experience.
2. Strong working knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
3. Competency in programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS.
4. Familiarity with PolyWorks and manual measurement techniques.
5. Solid IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Shift Options & Premiums:
* Weekend shift inspector: +5% premium on base salary.
* Night shift composites cleanroom inspector: +15% premium on base salary.
