Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional, friendly first impression
* Answering calls, taking and passing on messages
* Managing the CRM system, including updating client records and matching fees
* Preparing pre‑meeting documents such as valuations and illustrations
* Scheduling and following up client appointments
* Handling incoming post and scanning documents to client files
* Assisting with quarterly client mailings
* Distributing emails received through the company website
* Supporting the Customer Relations Manager with client suitability reports after annual reviews
* Opportunity to secure a permanent position and progress within the business after completing the apprenticeship

Qualifications
* Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
