Working week:
* 8.00 am pm 5 days per week (30 mins lunch)
* Total hours per week: 40.0
Tasks for Bakery include but are not limited to:
* Preparing and mixing the ingredients
* Baking
* Piping and Lettering
* Layering and Bonding
* General decorating
* General finishing
* Packaging (working the line and ensuring orders are pallet wrapped)
* General hygiene duties

* Keep errors to an absolute minimum

Desired qualifications:
* Previous qualifications are required.
* Three GCSEs grade 3 and a minimum of GCSE grade 1 in Maths and English.
* Be part of an an accredited Apprenticeship Programme
