Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa seeks an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Manager.
This role leads the maintenance team ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and oversee all maintenance activities across the hotel
* Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
* Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialised works
* Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
* Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies to minimise downtime
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
