Job Opportunity at TE - UK Aerospace and Defence Sales Team

Position Overview:
Based remotely in the UK, reporting to the KAM Defence UK Manager, you will serve as the main contact for sales and project activities with a key OEM in the EMEA region. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with both commercial and engineering teams within the customer organization.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships through visits, emails, and calls.
2. Sales & Business Development: Promote products, identify opportunities, negotiate, and provide quotations.
3. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop account plans, participate in reviews, and contribute to sales forecasting.
4. Project & Market Analysis: Support engineering projects, analyze markets, and coordinate logistics and quality responses.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Report sales figures and project statuses monthly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in Aerospace & Defense sales or similar markets
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Educational background in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or 7+ years relevant experience
* Strong business acumen and proven business development success
* Strategic thinker with project management skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
