Manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to manufacturer procedures
Handle service administrative tasks, including scheduling and liaising with workshop teams as an Aftersales Advisor
Provide excellent customer service, offering advice on warranty coverage and service options
Analyse warranty data to identify opportunities for increased sales and process improvement
Maintain accurate records in dealer management systems such as CDK Drive or Pinnacle DMS
Support the dealership’s expanding warranty programmes to enhance customer satisfaction and retentionRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service & Warranty Advisor or in warranty administration within the automotive industry, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
Proficiency with dealer management systems (e.g., CDK Drive, Pinnacle DMS)
Knowledge of automotive product ranges, including electric vehicles, is desirable
Ability to analyse data and manage warranty claims effectively
Full-time availability with flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
Relevant automotive service or warranty certifications are advantageous
