Job Description:
After experiencing continuing and growing demand for its services, the strategic corporate finance team is looking to expand. It is an exciting team to join this award-winning practice at either Assistant Manager or Finance Executive level.
The team provides powerful insight-led strategies to organisations supporting them through their business lifecycle. Valuations will constitute about half of the workload, with the remaining focus on a range of corporate finance services supporting deals from £1m to £30 million.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
1. Preparing valuation working papers and final output letters and reports.
2. Supporting the team on a wide range of deals through the preparation of reports and financial models.
3. Analysis of financial statements and management information.
4. Reviewing legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements.
5. Attending client meetings.
6. Preparation of market research to support the valuation of companies and to identify potential buyers.
7. Building internal and external relationships to promote the strategic corporate finance team.
You must be an ACA finalist or qualified and have some experience in corporate finance, including specific experience in undertaking company valuations.
