We are looking for a maintenance engineer to join our dedicated engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
* Welding and fabrication tasks (MIG, ARC).
* Fault finding and problem solving.
* Install new equipment and ensure minimal production downtime.
* Perform inspections and keep accurate maintenance records.
* Risk assess all tasks before starting.
* Assist with contractor coordination and general site housekeeping.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects.
* Adhere to all site Health &; Safety policies and attend relevant training.
Experience and Qualification:
* NVQ3 minimum preferred
* Heavy industry background
