We're seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to join a school in Alcester. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a vital role in the school's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Tasks: Handle a wide range of administrative duties, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting school staff.
* Student Information: Be confident in using administrative and student information management systems, ideally SIMS (School Information Management System), to manage student data effectively.
* First Point of Contact: Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience as an administrator is essential. Experience within a school or similar educational setting is highly desirable.
* DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the Update Service is a mandatory requirement for this position.
* Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
