Essential experience * Strong background with a large national or regional housebuilder * Proven track record managing high‑volume, multi‑phase residential developments * Experience overseeing complex infrastructure and community‑led schemes * Confident running commercial functions on large‑scale sites from procurement through to final accounts * Ability to work full‑time on site at Arundel (no hybrid/remote options)
