London


* £40,000 - £45,000
* 20% bonus
* 3 days in the office

Background:


The business was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves real food that’s not only delicious but also packed with wholesome, nourishing ingredients. This company’s mission has always been to create meals that kids love and parents can trust, using natural ingredients to craft recipes that provide both flavour and nutrition.


The idea was born when the founder, discovered that many foods for young children on supermarket shelves had shockingly long shelf lives, sometimes up to two years. This inspired the creation of a range of fresh meals, just like those made at home, using only 100% natural ingredients, without any additives or preservatives.


Opportunity:


We are on the hunt for an ambitious & talented National Account Executive who wants to carve out a career in FMCG - bring commercial strategy to life and develop strong relationships with some of the UK's biggest Grocery Retailers!


This business has a cracking team in place who can nurture and develop you to grow quickly.

You will need the right attitude, drive, and ambition to build unrivalled cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & format teams.


You will need to support the wider team across all aspects of the business, from data to promotional analysis to building robust and strong business plans with crucial grocery retailers such as Waitrose, Ocado, and some of their key e-commerce retailers.


This will be a great step in the right direction for an ambitious graduate who wants a career in Consumer Goods, or even a current National Account Executive, or has been on a Graduate Scheme and wants further exposure.

As mentioned above, you could be an ambitious graduate who wants a career in Commercial Sales & Consumer Good,s or you could already be in a Consumer business and fancy a change - that could even be from a graduate scheme.

* Have a keen interest in the Consumer Goods & ideally Food & Beverage space.
* High level of numeracy - confident with handling and analysing data.
* Results-driven individual.
* Strong relationship builder - personable and with a collaborative attitude.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
* Resilience and determination are key – obstacles don’t hold you back, and you work effectively when faced with a tough buyer or tricky negotiation.
* You enjoy working within a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
