As a Sales Assistant based in Perthyoull be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
* General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders which will involve manual handling of heavy items.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am-12pm, paid as overtime.
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Prior industry/merchant experience would be advantageous.
* Previous face to face sales and customer service experience.
* Warehouse experience
* To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
* Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic. xsngvjr
