Business Development Manager
£38,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + £3,500 Car Allowance Uncapped Monthly Commission
Experience within Facilities Management, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance or Property Services is highly desirable.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, introducing the company's services, and managing the sales cycle from first contact through to close. The role is mostly field-based, meeting clients face-to-face, with flexibility and hybrid working available once established. You'll work with a varied client base, ranging from smaller businesses to well-known national and global brands.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, and client meetings
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Attend site visits and present service offerings
Negotiate rates, issue quotations, and close deals
Develop long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your diary effectively
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound or new business sales
Background in Facilities, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance or Property services
Confident communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face
Driven, organised, and commercially minded
Full UK driving licence required due to visits
