Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development whilst retaining and expanding contracts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
* Own the customer forecast, meeting annual sales and order targets.
* Manage the bidding process for contracts, including system designs and quotes.
* Develop compelling presentations to support customer meetings and initiatives.
* Stay ahead of competitor activity, ensuring our business maintains a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
* A background in security, CCTV or technical support is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, with a strong ability to manage customer and business relationships.
* Proficiency in business development practices and a solid understanding of market dynamics.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently at all levels.
* Experience in bidding for contracts, including system design and quoting.
* Experience in the security industry is a plus, but not a requirement for the right candidate.
