About You
We are on the lookout for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Kennedy Centre store. Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service. Ideally you should have experience as a supervisor in a similar environment, though we will consider other relevant experience.
About The Role
* Provide excellent customer service, greet customers with a smile and assist as needed
* Open and close the store following security procedures
* Ensure products are priced correctly and the shop floor is clean and tidy to deliver the best shopping experience
* Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation to showcase products effectively
* Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided if necessary)
