This role is based at Fernside House, Armley, Leeds. Hours: 38.5 hours per week. Location: Fernside House, Armley, Leeds. Salary: £25,225.20 / £12.60 per hour + £14.10 overtime. Shift Pattern: 07:45am - 07:45pm two-week rolling rota. Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a residential setting.
* Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
* Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
* Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
* Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
* Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
Experience Required
* Experience within a Mental Health or Residential setting.
* Ability to build rapport with residents and the wider team.
* Understanding the importance of offering person-centred quality care.
