We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our well-established team, taking the lead on a fast-paced and dynamic client account. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home, our Southend studio, and regular weekly visits to the client’s head office in Welwyn Garden City.
Role overview:
You will be the day to day lead and escalation point for internal and external teams for a fast paced and dynamic client, developing and managing relationships and overall effectiveness of the JPG service model.
You will work with all stakeholders to deliver to a set of best working practices that ensures timely and accurate delivery of all services to this client and ensure all expectations are met, alongside supporting the development of the account with the Head of Client Services, to evolve our service provision.
The Project Management team (home based across multiple locations) will fall under your remit to manage from a HR, workload and personal development perspective, providing support and guidance at a day to day level. Recruitment and onboard...
