We’re growing our sales team and are seeking motivated, confident individuals to join us as Customer Development Managers. This key role involves connecting with existing customers and booking qualified appointments on tailored campaigns, helping our businesses grow.
Customer Development Manager
Earnings: £23,809.50 rising to £25,000 per annum following probation + uncapped commission (OTE of £40,000 pro rata)
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30/09:00 – 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hrs). Flexible school hours can be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services.
* Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams.
* Working on campaign-specific call lists—no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building.
* Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team.
* Continuously learning and providing feedback; all ideas are valued.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong communication skills and confidence to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset—enjoy hitting goals.
* Organised, reliable, and focused—making every hour count.
* Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or appointment booking is a plus but not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are valued most.
* Positive and engaging, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive mental attitude makes the day more enjoyable.
