Monitor production line operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean working environment. Operate machinery and equipment used in seafood processing while adhering to safety guidelines. Package and label finished products for distribution to clients and retailers. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet regulatory and company specifications.
