Artemis Human Capital are working with a highly respected and well-established estate agency with a strong track record of success. As part of their continued expansion, they are opening a new branch in Derry/ Londonderry and are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the team and establish a strong presence in the local market. Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new office backed by a trusted agency name. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, building local market share, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires a confident leader with a strong background in estate agency and a proven ability to lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive business growth across sales and/or lettings, securing new instructions and converting leads. Proactively generate new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. Conduct valuations and represent the brand professionally and confidently. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a new team to achieve individual and branch targets. Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture within the branch. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service throughout the buying, selling, or letting process. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, maintaining long-term relationships. Uphold the agencys strong reputation in every client interaction. Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with property legislation and company standards. Work closely with head office teams including marketing, compliance, IT, and HR to ensure smooth operations. Manage branch reporting, financial performance, and administrative duties. Requirements: 5+ years experience (or equivalent experience) in estate agency (sales, lettings, or both), ideally with prior management or senior negotiator experience. Strong knowledge of the local property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to hit targets and grow market share.
