Overview
We’re excited to be recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for a growing FCA-regulated Claims Management Company in the UK. This is a high-impact executive role where the successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth of the business while operating within a regulated environment. As CFO, you will join the executive team and take responsibility for the company’s financial leadership, including acting as SMF2 – Chief Finance Function under the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR).
Key Responsibilities
* Leading financial strategy and supporting business growth

* Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Managing regulatory financial reporting and capital adequacy
* Partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial laws in the UK.
* Senior finance leadership experience
* Experience in an FCA-regulated business
* Strong knowledge of regulatory financial controls and reporting
* The ability to operate strategically at board level
