School Cleaner - Job Description
Lamphey Primary School is looking for a new Caretaker/Cleaner.
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team.
The role is for 25 hours per week (15 hours Caretaker and 10 hours Cleaning) during term time
Cleaner - Grade 2 - £24,413 for 10 hours per week for 46.8 weeks per annum equating to £ pro rata.
Caretaker - Grade 3 - £24,796 for 15 hours per week for 48.2 weeks per annum equating to £9292.81pro rata.
The main duties will include:
To unlock/lock the school daily (Monday to Friday)
To be available to unlock/lock the premises for pre-planned visits by contractors during the school holidays
The secure and safe operation of the school site.
Regular health and safety checks including fire alarm, emergency lights, water hygiene. (Training is available)
Basic DIY repairs
Clean the school
