* Very good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive manner.
* Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning with emphasis on ensuring that all children successfully engage with the curriculum.
* Demonstrate an engaging, nurturing and entertaining approach to Teaching & Learning.
