Urgent Opportunity: Reception SEND Teaching Assistant Needed in Solihull - Immediate Start!
Monarch Education is currently working with a school in Solihull and is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.
This role requires somebody with extensive experience supporting pupils with severe SEND.
Role Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
Confident providing personal care (toiletting / nappy changing)
Requirements:
Valid Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting within Early Years
Confidence supporting SEND and lower ability students
