We serve clients across the whole of the UK with a variety of projects from our Manchester-based office. As a part of the team, you will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and drawings to our clients. Responsibilities
* Drawing existing & proposed architectural drawings
* Perform original design work according to a client brief
* Producing building regulation drawings
* Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control
* Coordinating consultants (planning consultants/structural engineers/party-wall etc)
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience
* Competency in Revit
* Knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly motivated individual with time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
* Full clean UK Driving Licence with access to a car.
