Job Title: SEND Teacher

Start Date: Monday 20th April 2026
Contract Type: Part‑time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working Hours: 2-3 days per week, 8:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role:
1. Deliver high‑quality, personalised teaching across KS2-KS4
2. Plan, adapt, and differentiate lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
3. Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
4. Contribute to a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
5. Use creative and engaging strategies to support a wide range of learning needs
What We’re Looking For:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Previous experience within an SEN environment-or strong SEN experience in a mainstream setting
8. A calm, patient, and resilient approach to classroom management
9. Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting holistic development
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
To Be Eligible You Must:
11. Hold Right to Work in the UK
12. Hold an enhanced child‑barred list DBS certificate registered to the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one
13. Provide two professional, child‑related references
