We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Female bank support worker in our Domiciliary service within the Lampeter & Tregaron area

What we’ll give you:

* £12.60 per hour (double on bank holidays)

What you’ll be doing

* Currently, we have adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, diabetes, and Learning disabilities.
* You will be supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
* Continue to promote positive well-being.
* Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
* Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* Personal care is involved.
* Females only due to service requirements


Who you are

* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
* Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
* Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Shifts can be on weekdays, weekends, and sleeps.
* Hold a valid manual UK driving license with business insurance, or be willing to get one
