We’re looking for a dynamic and committed individual, an experienced headteacher or senior leader, who’s ready to take the next step in their career by joining Birmingham’s School Improvement team.This is more than a job; it’s a chance to help shape the future of education across our diverse and vibrant city. What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Head of School Improvement, you’ll bring your expertise in primary or special educationto:
* Support and challenge schools, Trusts, and partners to raise standards
* Lead on school leadership development and self-evaluation
* Drive effective support and intervention strategies, including school-to-school collaboration
* Work closely with OFSTED, the DfE, and other key stakeholders
This is a fast-paced, evolving role that requires energy, resilience, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
