Requirements: - Minimum level 3 qualification in child care - At least 2 years experience in nursery management. - Able to demonstrate competence in meeting the developmental and emotional needs of the children - Hands on approach in the day to day childcare and willingness to lead by example - Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills which meet and exceeds the expectations of the parents and the company. - Can work on own initiative by being self-motivated. - Ability to work within a wider team - Knowledge in health and safety and safer food better business guidelines - Able to time manage self and team. - Have strong I.T skills and able to use or willingness to use multiple computerised systems. - Strong skills in literacy and numeracy Salary: From £32,000 - negotiable depending on experience. indj
