Job Description
* Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
* Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
* Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
* Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
* Experience within the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
