Who we are looking for: Atkore UK is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Promote and demonstrate a zero‑harm culture
* Oversee daily warehouse operation
* Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy
* Plan schedules, shifts and workflow
* Track performance, report issues and improve efficiency
* Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
* Keep production and quality related records up to date
* Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
* Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
* Organise goods in and goods out (receiving, storing and dispatching)
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* A good knowledge of warehouse management & operations
* Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
* Motivation to beat targets safely and meet required quality standards
* Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values
