Job Title: Marketing Manager – Automations (Maternity Cover)
Introduction:
The CRM automations manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated CRM campaigns that enhance the guest experience, drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, and maximize long-term revenue opportunities for Premier Inn.
This includes service emails (e.g., booking confirmation, pre-stay), behavioral triggers, and lifecycle messaging.
This role is crucial in our goal to increase Guest Lifetime Value, as it involves post-booking upsell/cross-sell and communications designed to drive retention.
Salary:
£50,000 DOE
Location:
Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Flexible working is offered; presence in the office at least 3 days a week is required.

What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute a CRM strategy supporting increasing guest lifetime value, ancillary revenue, and enhancing the guest experience.
* Identify key moments in the customer journey to implement automated communications.
* Design, implement, and manage CRM workflows and automations across email and other communication channels.
* Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns covering stages from account creation, first booking, to loyalty and retention.
What we need:
* Experience with CRM strategies and automations.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms, workflows, and delivering automated journeys.
* Understanding of transactional and service messaging and their implementation.
