Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team to deliver on time, every time.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
* A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
* Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges.
* Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
* Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, adhering to pressure and deadlines.
* Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, HR, and NPS.
