We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two C-Suite leaders. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional diary management, administrative efficiency, and absolute discretion.
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:
1. Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and events
2. Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
3. Act as first point of contact for stakeholders
4. Handle expenses and confidential records
5. Coordinate logistics for corporate events and client visits
The successful Personal Assistant will have:
6. Proven PA experience supporting senior leadership
7. Outstanding organisational and communication skills
8. Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
9. Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work independently
10. Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
