On behalf of my client, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy construction team on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidate. This role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally gained within a construction environment, who is confident managing multiple priorities and supporting a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
·Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
·Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation
·Support with compliance and health & safety documentation
·Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional manner
·General office duties, including filing, scanning, and organising paperwork
About You:
·Proven administrative experience (construction industry experience desirable)
·Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·Flexible and proactive approach to work
